| Saturday October 24, 2009 1 pm Belmont Plateau/Philadelphia 2008 RESULTS 2007 RESULTS The Event: 5,000 meter Cross Country Race (Open to all runners!) Here is your chance to challenge the Famed Belmont Plateau Cross Country Course. Site of many past NCAA, Olympic, National and High School Champions and is one of the most famous XC courses in the country! Whether you are a PCL alumni or interested runner, you are invited to join us and see what you can do at Belmont and support Philadelphia Catholic League Athletics. The Open race will be held following the Girls and Boys JV and Varsity XC Championship. Where: Belmont Plateau (Fairmount Park). Park is located just off the Montgomery Ave. exit of RT 76 (Schuylkill Expressway). Parking on site. You did not have to of run XC in high school to count for your PCL school in the race. Top 3 overall from each school will count in the scoring with points taken from overall place in the race. Lowest total of the 3 scoring runners is awarded winner.
