Where: Belmont Plateau, Philadelphia, Pa.  (Belmont Plateau is located 1/4 mile west off the Montgomery
Drive Exit of the Schuylkill Expressway (Rt 76).  Intersection of Montgomery Dr and Belmont Mansion Dr).

Courses:   The Men's 5 Mile course ("old course) was designed by "Saint" in the 1960s and
include Flagpole,Surekill, and Nursery Hills. The Belmont Plateau course is one
of the most historic and challenging XC courses in the country, one that every
XC runner should run. The course is a mix of grass and gravel trails. The 5 mile "Classic"
course is one of the most challenging XC courses in the USA (Site of the 1976 USA Open
Championship) and a "true cross country" course.

The Women's 6,000 course will be an extended version of the high school course
and will include Flagpole, Parachute and Nursery Hill.

Women's College/Open 6,000 Meter Championship        12 PM   
Men's 5 Mile College/Open Championship                       1 PM

TEAMS: The 2011 Race will be a College/Open Championship for the 1st Time. Teams will
       follow NCAA/USATF scoring rules (top 5 score- unlimited number of members
       per team).  * Head coach of Club or College team will register team and athletes
       with Coach Dave Thomas (Philadelphia University) by no later than Oct 1.

Awards: Overall winner- Championship Clock.  Overall Open Runner (post College) will
  receive a $100 award. 2nd-15th overall receive awards.  After the top 15, the top
   2 in the 22-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+ will receive awards. Top 3 teams (open
   and college combined) will receive awards.  Top 5 on team XC type scoring (no
   age handicap in the team scoring) * All teams must register with Coach Dave

               The Jack Saint Clair Memorial is sanctioned by the USATF and is part
                of the 2011 USATF Mid Atlantic Cross Country Series. For more info

Amenities:  The first  75 open (runners to sign up will be guaranteed a Tshirt. Post race food and beverages will be       
                     available. Parking and porta-potties on site. Philade
